''BELLOSOLE'' ARTISAN SPECIALTIES FROM UMBRIA

“BelloSole" based in Terni was created to spread the Italian fine food tradition in the world, offering high quality from the green heart of Italy : UMBRIA.
All our products are the fruit of artisan and traditional productions directed toward preserving Italian agricultural food excellence.
Our mission is to enhance the REAL "Made in Italy".
For this purpose we produce extra virgin olive oil that expresses all the wisdom and culture linked to the processing of olives. It is obtained for cold extraction from olives gathered by hand and early to ensure the highest quality.
Our Artisan Pasta is produced with the best Italian durum wheat semolina, processed and dried slowly at low temperatures. Only drawn in Bronze remains clear and porous in Classic Formats, particular and Umbrian Specialties (such as "Ciriole of Terni" typical of our area). We also have Egg Pasta reminiscent of traditional Umbrian handmade.
Our Artisan Sauces are typical of our region, all produced with fresh garden vegetables in extra virgin olive oil. Excellent as appetizers or dressing Pasta , without preservatives neither artificial coloring, then totally NATURAL!
Our primary goal is to help you appreciate a wealth of items that surpass the standardized products from industrial production chains. In the delicious flavor of BelloSole, you will discover the authentic and genuine “Art of taste” belonging to Italy and especially to our Umbria.
